CONSUMER RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS. For consumers covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend any rights of consumers arising out of nonconformity with a sales contract. However, as described below, EFX PERFORMANCE, INC. ("EFX") disclaims statutory and implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, and in so far as such warranties cannot be disclaimed, all such warranties shall be, to the extent permitted by law, limited in duration to the duration of the express warranty described below. Some states (countries and provinces) do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty or condition may last, so the limitations described above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state (or by country or province). This limited warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, the country in which the Product purchase took place. EFX PERFORMANCE, INC. LIMITED WARRANTY FOR AUTHENTIC EFX PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA

EFX warrants authentic EFX-branded products ("Products") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for the period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: (a) normal wear and tear, (b) misuse or abuse, (c) accident or neglect, (d) contact with extreme heat, (e) altered or modified Product, or (f) any other acts by you which are not the result of any failure by EFX or the Product.
EFX shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of a breach of the warranty. Further, EFX shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of revenue, profit or use, arising out of a breach of this warranty or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, operation or repair of any EFX product. In no event will EFX be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of a defective product. The disclaimers of liability included in this warranty shall remain in effect and shall continue to be enforceable in the event that any remedy herein shall fail of its essential purpose.
This limited warranty is your exclusive remedy with respect to any defective Product, and applies to all Products purchased by consumers in the United States or Canada. You must provide a copy of the receipt for purchase of the Product to be returned under this Limited Warranty.
If you elect to return the Product under this limited warranty, you will receive store credit for www.efxusa.com with which you may purchase any other Product.

If you are not completely satisfied with your authentic EFX-branded products ("Products") purchased directly from www.efxusa.com, we will gladly refund the purchase price, not including shipping and handling costs, provided that the Product has not been altered or modified from its original form or has not been damaged due to (a) misuse or abuse, (b) accident or neglect, (c) contact with extreme heat, or (d) any other acts by you which are not the result of any failure by EFX or the Product. You must provide a copy of the receipt for purchase of the Product to be returned which clearly indicates the date of purchase of the Product.

If you purchased the Product anywhere but at www.efxusa.com, please contact the store where the Product was purchased for a refund; any such refund is subject to the policies of the store from whom the purchase was made.
