What is the history behind EFX?
EFX emerges from a new paradigm of science that marries the largely untapped world of quantum physics with research into the body’s own bioelectric field. Our founder, Dirk Lindley, extensively researched new concepts on how to store data and frequencies onto film, conductive polymers, fabrics and holographic media. In 2005, he successful integrated subtle energy dynamics with modern electronics. This body of work would later become the foundation of EFX - the first functional quantum hologram designed to promote wellness and performance in humans and animals.

What does EFX stand for?
EFX stands for Energetic Field Xcellarator. However, what really makes our product memorable are the astounding “EFFECTS.”
Can Anyone Be Sponsored?

Is EFX available for license?
EFX can be easily integrated into a wide variety of products and apparel, including outerwear, headwear, footwear, eyewear and other accessories. EFX is available for OEM licensing and Energetic Dots are available in label tags, TPU, PVC, silicone, peel-and-stick, sonic weld or stitch format. Each design can be coated with a thick clear polyurethane dome producing an attractive 3D effect. The Dots are waterproof and heat resistant. Other packaging options are available upon request. Is EFX Patented?
EFX technology has multiple method and utility Patent Pending applications. The core technology is our proprietary formula and methodology on how to program data and frequencies into holographic media, fabrics, metals, films and organic conductive polymers.

What is EFX Technology?
EFX is an embedded wearable technology designed to maximize performance and overall well-being by increasing balance, strength, and flexibility. EFX’s technology consists of frequencies that are highly compatible with both humans and animals on a cellular level. Because it works instantly when placed in close proximity with the body’s bio-electric field, real time functional performance gains can often be demonstrated.
Like acupuncture, acupressure or deep therapeutic massage, we believe that placing EFX energetic dots near specific energy centers or chakras, may promote or enhance the energy flow along the main meridian channels.
Many are able to experience the effects simply by holding or drinking a product embedded with EFX technology. Simple kinesiological muscle testing may be used to determine the effects on balance, strength, flexibility and range of motion.
Simply put, EFX is designed to resonate with and tune your body’s naturally occurring bio-electric frequencies, impacting function and performance. When your body is in harmony, muscles relax, blood flow increases, and relaxation replaces tension.
How Does EFX’s Technology Work?
While modern technology was designed to make life easier, products such as televisions, radios, microwaves, scanners, wireless Internet and cell phones (to name a few) all create electronic noise. The human body generates its own bioelectricity that is used by our cells to communicate thoughts, trigger adrenaline, initiate muscle movement, and even make our hearts beat! Unfortunately the noise emitted from electronics is potentially disruptive to the body’s bioelectric field, causing “static” within our bodies. EFX products contain over 100+ algorithms and frequencies that aid the human body in filtering out the static, allowing our cells to communicate as they are intended. This yields a host of benefits for the entire body.
What are the benefits of EFX?
When the body is in harmony, the muscles relax and blood circulation increases, creating a host of benefits instantaneously. The immediate effects experienced include increase strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion. EFX products have also been reported to help relieve joint and muscle pain, improve blood circulation, reduce swelling, keep muscles conditioned and flexible, alleviate stress, boost endurance, and prevent motion sickness. How long does it take to feel the effects?
You will feel the effects immediately! After you put on an EFX product, you will notice better balance, strength and flexibility. Long-term effects such as pain relief and overall wellness may take effect within a few minutes to 24 hours. Try our simple resistance test and see the instant results.

Is EFX Safe?
Absolutely! EFX is not a drug or substance, it is not ingested or absorbed into the body and it emits no harmful radiation. EFX will not interfere with any medical devices, such as pacemakers and is completely safe to wear during pregnancy.
- EFX does not emit any potentially harmful electromagnetic radiation.
- EFX is non transdermal.
- Our products do not contain any restricted substance and contains no metal.
- EFX is safe for animals.
- Our products can be worn 24/7, even while sleeping. There are no restrictions to wearing EFX.
- EFX has not been evaluated by the FDA.
- Safety results are available upon request.
How must EFX be worn for it to work properly?
EFX products will produce immediate benefits anywhere within 1 inch of your body’s bioelectric field. As a result, it does not need to contact your skin to be effective. However, when worn near your body’s key energy centers (most notably on the hands and feet), the effects may be more widespread.
In addition to our wristbands, bracelets and necklaces, EFX is available with an adhesive back so it can easily be attached on apparel and headwear or stuck to the inside arches on your favorite shoes, sandals or cleats.
Are the EFX holograms like magnets?
EFX products are not magnets, nor are they magnetic in any way. Magnets create their own electric field, whereas EFX holograms use algorithms and frequencies that are programmed into a piece of metallic material to tune your body’s natural occurring bioelectric field.
What are the holograms made out of?
The holograms are made out of metallic material called Mylar (most people are familiar with Mylar from the metallic balloons that are made out of the same material).
How can I tell if EFX is working?
You can tell if EFX embedded products are working by trying our simple resistance test shown on our Technology page.
What is the difference between EFX and other similar technologies (magnets, titanium, etc.)?
EFX products are not magnets, nor are they magnetic in any way. Magnets create their own electric field, whereas EFX holograms use algorithms and frequencies that are programmed into a piece of metallic material to tune your body’s natural occurring bioelectric field. The main difference is the immediate results. Only EFX products demonstrate positive effects instantaneously. Other metal or magnetic-based products will only yield results over time (if at all).
Can I wear multiple EFX holograms/products at once?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. The more holograms you wear, the stronger the effect!
Where should EFX energetic dots be attached or worn on the body to achieve maximum performance?
EFX is designed to be worn anywhere on the body; It comes with an adhesive back so it can easily be attached on apparel and headwear or stuck to the inside arches on your favorite shoes, sandals or cleats.
EFX products all come with the technology embedded. Try our energetic gear, wristbands, socks, pendants and promotional cards. Simply having EFX on or close to the body will work.
EFX energetic products are designed to react with the body's bioelectrical system in unconventional ways. EFX will work in most cases up to 3"' from the body.
For maximum performance, we suggest wearing a wristband, an EFX pendant or attaching an EFX energetic dot onto your shirt close to the heart. And most important, attaching one dot inside each shoe or cleat on top of the arch.
Can EFX help me with my aches and pains?
EFX may provide relief of joint and muscle pain along with swelling. Simply attach EFX Energetic Dots on or close to where pain or discomfort is felt. For lower back pain, we suggest attaching dots directly onto the pain area or attaching dots to your belt.
Can EFX dots get wet?
EFX holograms are 100% waterproof. In fact, EFX products are recommended for water activities. Many EFX users are swimmers, surfers, wake boarders, water polo players and divers. EFX’s products are also heat resistant and are not affected by extreme temperatures.
Does EFX use an internal power source?
Yes. Your body is the power source. Your bioelectrical energy powers the therapeutic device. It works like a tuning fork, resonating and strengthening the body's electromagnetic field present within.
How long will EFX holograms last?
The power of EFX has no time limit. The EFX dots will not lose their programming unless they are destroyed, which is very difficult to do. You can even cut the dot in half and it will still work! EFX products are designed with the necessary durability to meet the demanding lifestyle of professional athletes.
How long will my EFX Neoprene Wristband last?
The EFX energetic dots have been fused onto the TPU then stitched on the neoprene wristband. The dots are holograms and waterproof and will not separate even if the fabric is washed or absorbs perspiration, so please do not concern about moisture or wearing it it the water. EFX is always working, which means the effect itself will never go away.
Why can't I place neoprene in the dryer using high heat?
Drying in high heat will melt the neoprene and accelerate the material's wear and tear.
What is the difference between Energetic Dots and EFX Embedded Products?
The effect is same. All products embedded with EFX are embedded with EFX energetic dots / holograms.
Will the dots still work if not attached properly?
Yes. All EFX Energetic dots come with a peel-and-stick adhesive back. Even though the adhesive has worn away, the polymer film of the hologram retains the embedded frequencies.

Will my personal information be safe by ordering online?
Yes. We adhere to the strictest of standards to ensure that your personal information is secured at all times. Additionally, our online store software is PCI compliant, which means that we follow the highest standard of the credit card companies that we accept. What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Why does EFX USA apply sales tax only in certain states?
Sales tax is applied to any order that is shipped to a location where we operate offices or have corporate store locations.
Who do you use for shipping services?
We ship by the U.S. Postal Service and UPS upon request.
How about security system for credit card?
Our online store software is PCI compliant, which means that we follows the strictest standard of the credit card companies we accept payments for.
Once my order is placed, how long will it take to ship?
Once the order has begun the fulfillment process it will ship within two (2) business days. Our fulfillment schedule is as follows: Orders will begin the fulfillment process every business day at 9 a.m. (PST). Any order placed after 9.am. (PST) will not begin fulfillment until the following business day. For example: An order placed at 1 p.m. (PST) on Tuesday will begin fulfillment Wednesday. An order placed at 7 a.m. (PST) on Thursday will begin fulfill Thursday. And any order placed after 9 a.m. (PST) on Friday will not begin fulfillment until the following Monday.
Can I make changes to my online order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your shipping address, color, size, quantity, etc. We cannot guarantee all changes will be able to be made, but we will do our best to fulfill your request. Any changes that affect the total price of the order (changing shipping methods, switching to product with a different price, adding/removing products) cannot be done. Once an order has already begun the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes to your order.
Why was my order declined?
The following are the most common reasons for declined orders: Billing address does match the address that the credit card statements are sent to (billing address must be the same exact address that the credit card statements are sent to). A card information change (such as billing address change) has not taken effect yet (can sometimes take a couple months). Expiration date does not match. Credit limit has been exceeded. Please contact your card issuer to determine the reason for the decline. Once you have identified the issue, you must replace the order.
Why was my credit card transaction was declined, but my account shows I have been charged for the order?
When a payment is processed in our system, the money amount of that order is automatically blocked and held from the account whether it is accepted or declined. If the transaction is declined, then the money will remain held for 48 hours and then it will be released back into your account. We assure you, no money is being taken.
Shipping
What are the general delivery times?
USPS delivers Monday – Saturday during regular business hours. Orders and Deliveries are processed Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Are there any restricted areas for the shipment of EFX products?
We ship anywhere that the USPS and UPS will deliver, including Hawaii. Visit the USPS or UPS website for details. We currently do not take orders from Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico. Please call us at 866-808-3960 if you have any additional shipping inquiries.
Can you ship to Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico?

Can you ship to Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to Hawaii. We use USPS.
What if my package is not delivered?
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
A refund will be made for the purchase, but not for shipping and handling fee.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere USPS and UPS ships to. This includes international shipments.
Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We ship primarily through the U.S. Postal Service and UPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the selected method of shipping, orders will arrive between 1 – 7 days following fulfillment.
What is the price of shipping?
Standard International shipping varies depending on order volume delivery location. The average is $4.00-10.00 for single digit consumer orders and $20.00-$30.00 for small volume commercial orders.
What if I do not receive my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with an email that contains your tracking information. Please use this information to indicate your order’s delivery status. If your order is sent back to us we will issue a refund upon its return to us. You may then replace the order if you choose. If there is no tracking information and you do not receive it within 20 business days, please contact us immediately. If your order does not have tracking information, it doesn’t mean it hasn’t been shipped. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
I placed two orders around the same time. Can they be shipped together?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine and ship two or more orders. Each order placed must be shipped separately.
What do I do if I received the wrong product, color, and/or size?
Please contact us to request a product exchange form, fill it out and return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date. This service applies to EFX Store purchases only.
Warranty Replacements, Exchanges, and Refunds
What are the warranty replacement policies?
EFX Performance, Inc. warrants all wristbands and necklaces to be free from material defects in design for a period 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the EFX product from EFXstore.com or its authorized resellers. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, and EFX reserves the right, before having any obligation under this warranty, to refuse such products. Customers must present acceptable proof of original ownership and purchase date (such as original receipt or printed online invoice) for the product.
What are the replacement procedures?
Please call us to have a replacement form sent to you. Fill out the warranty replacement form completely. Enclose the completed form with the items you’re returning. Send all return/refund merchandise to:

The item(s) must be returned to the address below within 30 DAYS of the order date.
The item(s) must be sent with its original packaging in good condition and with a completed return form and the invoice. EFX reserves the right to refuse any return claims.
The decision will be of sole discretion of EFX and will be decided when the product is received by EFX. ONLY re-sellable items will be accepted. EFX will only accept returns. Once the item is accepted, the refund transaction will be made. A refund confirmation will be sent within 7 – 14 days of receiving the item. Return shipping shall be paid by the customer. IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE, THE DESIRED PRODUCT MUST BE REORDERED. SHIPPING DEFECTS: We disclaim any defects from shipping. Each case shall be handled by the customer. UNREFUNDABLE ITEMS: The shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.
What are the terms and conditions?
EFX is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please INSURE and obtain a TRACKING number as a safeguard. Warranty covers the damage of wristbands and necklaces ONLY. EFX will NOT replace any meridian packs or foot packs. EFX will only ship via USPS First-Class Mail for replacements. EFX’s sole liability for any acknowledged defect(s) shall be the replacement of the product in question. Customer bears the cost of sending the defective product(s) to EFX plus any expedited fees, and EFX bears the cost of shipping the replacement product to customer. Warranty does not include or offer refunds, credits or upgrades.
Replacements are processed upon product availability. EFX shall NOT be liable under ANY circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. If a suitable replacement is not available within 30 days from the receipt of your returned product, EFX or the authorized reseller will issue a refund.
